The 8-2 Player of the Year Award

The player with highest net cash game winnings at the end of the year wins a choice of (1) $50 cash or (2) personalized engraved trophy (worth more than $50). Tournament wins and losses do not count toward (or against) your place in the POY standings.

In the event there is a tie at the end of the year, a NLH Freeze Out tournament will be played to determine the Player of the Year Winner.
