ATLARGE 2001 - Trip Report - Chris

In case you haven't heard. Kevin, Dennis, Doug, Mike and I just came back from AC. I think everyone ended up one way or another and Dennis and I ended up at the final table at the 7 Card Stud ATLARGE Tournament. Kevin and Dennis also did very well at Hold'em too. I will be writing a report as well.

I hope more people will come next year - we will clean house in Atlantic City. I feel much more confident about beating 7 Card Stud now and Omaha. I think everyone that we play with is good at one form or another - you could always join a tournament and no matter how bad you do - you can only lose x amount of cash. I decided to get on the computer real quick to test out my hopefully improved skills...

Moral of the story - People shouldn't play hands when Chris or Dennis raise you anymore or you will lose all your money!

Moral of a story you will soon hear (and I can promise you this )although most of you already heard it. Don't play buried aces in hold'em against Kevin if you are raised on the flop and don't have the absolute nuts.
